●General Terms & Conditions for Accommodation Contract
First article
1.Accooodation contracts to be entered into by this hotel shall be in accordance with these provisions and particulars not provided for in these provisions shall be made in accodance with the laws and costomary practices.
2.Not with atanding the previous paragraph, this hotel may enter into special ageements to the extent that they will not run counter to the spirit of these provisions,the laws and customary practices.
Article 2
This hotel may refuse to provide accommodation in the following circumstances:
(1)When the accommodation request does not come under these provision.
(2)When this hotel is booked full and no room is available.
(3)When a person seeking accommodation is deemed liable to conduct himself in a manner contrary to that provided in the laws or the maintenance of public peace and good morals,though his stay in this hotel.
(4)When the person seeking accommodation can be clearly detected as being afflicted with an infectious disease.
(5)When requested to bear a special burden,as regards the accommodation.
(6)When this hotel is incapable of providing the accommodation due to natural calamities, damage to its facilities and other unavoidable causes.
(7) 1)When the guests seem to be using drug and make bed behavior to other guests.
2)When the guests seem to make disgusting behavior to other guests.
Article 3
When this hotel has accepted a request for accommodation in advance of the day of occupancy(here in after called request for reservation of accommodation),it may request the person making the reservation to clarify the following particulars,with in a designated period.
(1)Name,sex,nationally and occupation of the person(s) occupying the accommodation.
(2)Other particulars are supposed to be necessary by this hotel.
Article 4
1.When this hotel has accepted a request for reservation of accommodation,it may request the payment of a deposit,limited to the charge of the accommodation for the period of stay (When the period of stay is over 3 days,it shall be for 3 days)with in a designated period.
2. When the deposit in the previous paragraph comes with in the scope of the following article, it shall be made to cover the cancellation charge with any remainder refunded.
Article 5
1.When the person making the reservation cancels the whole or a part of the reservation made, this hotel shall receive payment for the cancellation as stipulated in the cancellation charge, shown here under.
However,this provision shall not apply to parties(referring to group with 15 paying members and more) (hire in and hence forth through out this agreement) up to 10% of its numbers,as of ten days prior to occupancy,(when this hotel has accepted the reservation later than this date,then the date of acceptance shall apply)-with fractions counted as whole-when such cancellation was made for a portion of the group
2.This hotel may consider the reservation for accommodation as having been canceled by the person making the reservation, when the guest(s),does not appear by 8:00 p.m of the day of occupancy and when he has not contacted this hotel beforehand.(When the hour of arrival is more or less stated then it shall be 2 hours after that hour.)
3.When the reservation has been considered as canceled,in accordance with the previous paragraph but if the guest is able to show that his failure to appear with out contact was due to the delay or nonrival of the train,airplane or other public convevances and not to any cause due to him,this hotel will not receive the cancellation charge.
Article 6
1.In addition to that provided for elsewhere, this hotel shall be enable to cancel the reservation for accommodation in the following circumstances:
(1)When it comes under clause 3 to 7 of article 2.
(2)When the clarification of particulars in clause 1 of article 3 has been requested and not complied with,within the designated period.
(3)When payment of the reservation deposit,stipulated in article 4 paragraph 1,has been requested and not complied with ,within the designated period.
2.When this hotel has cancelled the reservation for accommodation,in accordance with the previous paragraph,it shall refund any deposit received for the reservation
Article 7
1.Guests shall register the following particulars with this hotel,at the hotel reception,on the day of their arrival.
(1)Particulars stated in clause 1 of article 3.
(2)In the case of a foreigner,we have a copy your passport
(3)Other particulars are supposed to be necessary by this hotel.
Article 8
1.The hour for vacating the room by the guest(check-out time) shall be 11:00 a.m.
2.The previous paragraph not with standing, this hotel may accede to the use of the room beyond the check-out time.In such a case,there is anadditional charge per every one hours.

Article 10
1.Payment of bills shall be made in Japanese currency or travelers checks, coupons and credit cards recognized by this hotel at hotel reception of this hotel,at time of the guest's departure or when requested by this hotel.
2.Guests shall pay for the accommodation from the commencement of occupancy, even when he voluntarily chooses not to use facility.
Article 11
Guests shall observe the rules established by this hotel and posted within this hotel.
Article 12
This hotel may reject the continued occupancy of the room,even for the period accepted, in the following circumstances:
(1)When it comes under clauses 3 to 7 of article 2.
(2)When the guest does not observe the rules stated in the previous article.
Article 13
1.The responsibility of this hotel concerning accommodation shall start from the time the guest is registered at the hotel reception or when he enters his room,whichever is the earlier,and terminates at the time he leaves his room to depart.
2.When the guest can be longer be accommodated due to reasons for which this hotel is responsible,the hotel shall arrange to secure accommodation of the same or similar standard for the guest at facilities elsewhere,excepting cases of natural calamities and other cases making its observance difficult.In such a case,there shall be no charge to the guest for the accomodation at this hotel for the day.
(1)When canceled on 3 days before occupancy:
10% of the accommodation charge per person.
(2)When canceled on 2 days before occupancy:
30% of the accommodation charge per person.
(3)When canceled on the previous day of occupancy:
50% of the accommodation charge per person.
(4)When canceled on the day of occupancy:
80% of the accommodation charge per person.
(5)When a person booked does not appear:
100% of the accommodation charge per person.
●Accommodation rules
In order to maintain a high standard of service for this hotel,the guests are requested to observe the following rules:
In case one of these rules is violated by a certain guest,his or her stay will be discontinued regardless of the prior reservation.
(1)Not to use the guest rooms for purposes other than lodging.
(2)Not to use any burners for heating and / or cooking in the room or the hallway.
(3)Not to smoke in bed or other places where which could become a fire hazard.
(4)Not to disturb other quests.
(5)Not to carry the following into the hotel:
(A)Animals,birds,etc.
(B)Items with an over powering odor.
(C)Items of great quantity.
(D)Explosive Items such powder,gasoline,etc.
(E)illegally owned guns and swords.
(6)Not to gamble or behave in a demoralizing manner in this hotel.
(7)When you leave your room,please make sure that the door is firmly locked.It is suggested that you leave your room key at the front desk whenever you leave the hotel premises.
(8)You should lock and bolt your room door from the inside when you are in your room, please be careful when you answer your door.It is suggested that you ascertain the identity of the caller before you allow entry. if you have any problems or suspicions about such matters,dial the fornt desk "100" immediately.
(9)Not to bring visitors into the room and let them use the furnitures and fixtures without a sufficient cause.
(10)Not to use the room or the lobby as business offices.
(11)Not to use the furnitures and fixtures in the hotel for the purpose oter than the original intent.
(12)Not to take out the itemas provided for the room or move then to other places in this hotel.
(13)Not to fix other items to the room or to the furnitures or work up to afetr those existing situations.
(14)Not to hang up items in front of the windows which will spoil the outside view of this hotel.
(15)Not to deliver advertising materials to the other guests in the hotel.
(16)Not to leave your property in the hollway or the lobby.
(17)We are not responsible for meals and drinks from outside.
(18)Please pay room charges in advance.
(19)You are notify the hotel reception in advance of any changes prior to your period of stay.
(20)If you have to extend your stay Please settle your account at checkout.
(21)Laundry,belongings stored in the cloak room,other items left behind will be held for a period of three months after your departure,providing you haven't given an notification.
(22)Please do not walk around in nightgowns and slippers in the robby,hallways and areas other than the quest rooms.
(23)Please keep off the door and keep out of the elevator machine room and rooms other than guest rooms, except in emergency or in special circumstances.
(24)Guests who are under 20 years old are advised not to stay without parental permission.
(25)Guests are liable for damages to structures and hotel property except under normal circumstances.
